The terms that apply when you work with Chillispark or use this website. Last updated 16 August 2026.
1. Who we are
Chillispark is a web design and development studio based in Dwarka, New Delhi, India. These terms apply to your use of chillispark.in and to any project work you commission from us.
2. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that describes the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we begin it. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
3. Payments
Unless your quote says otherwise, projects are billed with an advance payment before work starts and the balance on completion, prior to the website going live. Maintenance plans are billed in advance for each period they cover.
4. Content and materials you provide
You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other materials you give us to use on your website, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We are not liable for claims arising from materials you supplied.
5. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own your website: the design, the content we produced for you, and your domain if it is registered in your name. We may use non-confidential screenshots of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Timelines and delays
We agree on a timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback promptly; delays on either side move the schedule accordingly.
7. Warranties and liability
We build every site carefully and fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not responsible for third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways or search engines.
8. Termination
Either side may end a project in writing. If that happens, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything produced so far once that payment is settled.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown below. Material changes to an ongoing project are always agreed with you directly.
