1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Chillispark collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit chillispark.in or contact us about a project. It applies to this website only, and it does not cover the websites we build for clients.

When you fill in our contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you write in your message. If you reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the contact details and content you choose to share there.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not collect payment information through it.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver projects and provide support. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the data only to deliver the message. Beyond that, we share personal information only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of our working relationship plus the period required for accounting and legal records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on the request promptly.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
